Good acommodation but needs process improvement and syncronisation
Clean bedrooms, spacious kitchen area, kitchen facilities, and peace and quiet hotel. Not forgetting housekeeping for coming on time and doing the needful.
Management need to train receptions to greet and meet anyone who comes throygh their door with a bula smile and bula spirit despite the fact if you're local tourist. Had to wait 2 more hours after a long 10 hours flight and 3 hours drive from Nadi to Suva and this is what we had to go through to wait for our room to be ready... Check in confirmed time was 1pm but was told at the counter that check in is at 2pm...???? Excuse given to us was the linen is outsorced... ???? What does that havw to do with us.

Leni that worked I the bar, was so awesome. I would of probably wanted a refund and left if it wasn't for her being so awesome to us. Great food prices. More options for breakfast would of been great. That they allowed our group of kids to enjoy the facilities and didn't mind the kids enjoying the pool after hours. Letting the kids also do bombs. I will definitely rebook because of these reasons.
Housekeeping was a struggle. Struggled to get fresh towels, swimming towels, tea towels for our dishes. Rooms don't come with a hand towel to dry your hands. They only give these items on request. Constantly having to ask for these things, like a peasant not worthy of having them. No wifi, no laundry or hangers to dry out swimwear or do washing. My bed broke on the first night when I was moving around in my sleep. Drink prices.
